My training partner and I walked 2 miles last night around 8pm. We looked like we had done 10 judging by the amount of sweat on our shirts. We skipped our run today due to schedules and heat.
So my question(s) to all of you out there in blogging land is....
How are you couping with this heat? How has your training schedule changed? What are you doing differently?
Perfect question - check out today's post - it should automatically post a little after 4 p.m. today. We did 12 miles this morning - but we were so smart and it worked out so perfectly.

-more walking time
-find the shade no matter what!!!!
-drink,drink, drink!
-slow way down (one week of training at a turtle's pace will have no negative effects on your mini)
-try to run when the sun is not out (morning, night)
-good luck (set your eyes to next Wednesday which is suppose to be 76 degrees - woot!)
"C" is back, but leaving again next week - she's super excited to run with you and T so . . . let's look for the first week of August to hook up!
